Royal Enfield has introduced the Himalayan 450 in Nepal, with prices starting at Rs 9.89 Lakh and varying across four variants, ranging up to Rs 10,39,500.
The Himalayan 450 features a liquid-cooled 452cc single-cylinder engine that delivers 40PS and 40Nm of torque. It is built on a redesigned steel twin-spar frame with a Showa 43mm upside-down fork and mono-shock, offering 200mm of wheel travel.
The braking system includes a 320mm front disc and a 270mm rear disc with dual-channel ABS. The Himalayan 450 is equipped with wire-spoked wheels fitted with 90/90 R21 front and 140/80 R17 rear tires, and offers a ground clearance of 230mm, a kerb weight of 196kg, and a 17-litre fuel tank. The seat height is adjustable between 805mm and 845mm.
Features include a 4-inch TFT display with Google Maps, LED lighting, USB charging, ride-by-wire, and two riding modes: Eco and Performance. Additionally, Royal Enfield will offer a range of Adventure and Rally accessories specifically designed for this model.
